Boards & Commissions

Members of boards and commissions play an important role in supporting city government. These volunteer groups provide recommendations, review information, and help guide decisions on a variety of topics that affect the community.

Serving on a board or commission is a meaningful way to get involved, share your perspective, and help shape the future of Snyder. Members of city boards and commissions are appointed by the Mayor and approved by the City Council. Appointments are typically made as terms expire or when vacancies occur.
