The City of Snyder requires a Peddlers License for anyone engaging in door-to-door sales, temporary sales of goods or services, or solicitation activities within city limits. This includes peddlers, hawkers, and solicitors, as defined in City Ordinance 1099.
These requirements help protect residents from fraudulent activity and ensure safe, responsible business practices.
How to Apply
Complete the Peddlers License application and submit it to the City Secretary’s Office in person at City Hall. Please include a copy of your state issued i.d. and sales tax permit.
Reporting Violations
If you see someone soliciting without a valid permit, you may report it to the City Secretary's Office at 325-573-9360.
