About Us
The Snyder Police Department is a well-equipped law enforcement agency with 22 sworn police officer positions and 3 non-sworn clerk positions. The Animal Services Department also reports to the Police Chief.
We are proud to share our state-of-the-art facility with the Scurry County Sheriff's Office, fostering seamless collaboration between city and county law enforcement. Dispatch services are efficiently provided by Scurry County. Our commitment to county-wide law enforcement relationships and collaboration is a cornerstone of our effective service delivery, ensuring comprehensive protection for all Snyder residents.
