SNYDER, TX – The City of Snyder has been named a finalist for the 2025 All-America City Award, a national honor presented by the National Civic League to recognize communities that exemplify outstanding civic leadership, collaboration, and innovation.
Each year, only ten communities across the country receive this prestigious award. On Sunday, June 29, Snyder will take the national stage in Denver, Colorado, to present its story live to a panel of judges—and the community is invited to tune in and cheer them on.
This year’s theme, “Strengthening Environmental Sustainability through Inclusive Community Engagement,” closely reflects Snyder’s own commitment to building a cleaner, more connected future. The City’s presentation highlights youth-driven environmental initiatives like the Snyder ISD Bottle Challenge, collaborative beautification efforts with Keep Snyder Beautiful, and strategies to build resilience through inclusive emergency management programming.
