Choose the payment method that best fits your needs:
- Online: Use our Online Payment Portal.
- By Phone: Call 1-844-635-0455 to pay with a debit or credit card. Please have your account number and address ready.
- Text 2 Pay: Enroll in Text 2 Pay for a fast, mobile-friendly option. You'll receive a text reminder with a payment link each billing cycle. Enroll through the online payment portal or call 1-844-635-0455 (option 4).
- In Person: Pay by cash, check, money order, credit, or debit card at our Utility Department inside City Hall. For added convenience, use our drive through or night deposit drop box, located on the east side of the building.

The City of Snyder allows each current water customer the ability to have a roll off dumpster delivered to their property for clean up. The roll off dumpsters can also be rented for both residential and commercial properties.
Roll off dumpsters can be requested by contacting the Utility Department at City Hall, located at 1925 24th Street Snyder, TX 79549 or by calling 325-573-4960.
