[ARCHIVED] Western Texas College To Hold Active Shooter Training

For everyone information on January 26th, 2017 WTC will be conducting active shooter training on their campus.  From 9-12 will involve staff and from 1-4 will involve students.  They will be using air soft guns with C02 for the training. The Snyder Police Department and Scurry County Dispatch know about the training exercise so if we receive any calls everyone is aware of the training tomorrow.  The police department is not involved in the training,. We just want everyone to be aware of what is taking place. If for some reason you have to go to WTC for some reason or if you receive any calls we wanted the citizens to be aware of the training exercise.  If anyone has any questions about the training contact the Snyder Police Department at (325) 573-0261.
