There will be a disruption in service today at 4:00 PM until 8:00 PM this evening. The area affected is from 40th Street down College Avenue to Towle Park Road then up to Austin Avenue to include 40th Street, 42nd Street, 43rd Street, 44th Street and 45th Street.
