THF Residences at Snyder, Ltd. is making an application for 9% Housing Tax Credits and HOME funds with the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for the Residences at Snyder. The development site is located on 4 acres just West of Highway 350 and South of Martha Ann Boulevard in the ETJ of Snyder. A map has been attached showing the site. This new construction development is an apartment community , and comprised of 48 units of which approximately 44 will be for low-income tenants.
There will be a public hearing to receive public comment on the proposed development.
Information regarding the date, time, and location of that hearing will be disseminated at least 30 days prior to the hearing date on the Department's website (http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/communities.htm) for competitive HTC applications and Tax-Exempt Bond applications where the Department is the issuer.
